Terms of Service

Last updated: April 7, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using createademo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use createademo to create, edit, publish, and share interactive product demos for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including screenshots, demos, and configuration data ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

When you publish a demo, it becomes accessible via its public link to anyone who has that link. You are responsible for the content of your published demos.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

createademo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Plan Limits

Each plan has a limit on the number of active demos. If you downgrade to a plan with a lower limit, you will need to archive or delete demos that exceed the new limit. Existing published demos will remain live, but you will not be able to create new demos until you are within your plan's limit.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime from time to time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, createademo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Contact
